Our standard contract period for cryptocurrency mining is 6 months.
If our contracts are not cancelled by either you or us, they will be extended for a further 6 months on 1st January and 1st July each year. The existing contract terms remain unchanged.
Both you and we have the right to cancel the contract up to 30 days before the end of the contract. The contract then ends at the end of the contract period.
If you bought mines from us, they will be ordered from one of our suppliers after we received your payment. The supplier prepares the order and sends it to Georgia by air freight. Here we have them customs cleared by a partner. After that, your miners are transported to our data center. There they are configured and activated by us. The whole process usually takes 30 days.
After we send you an offer, you have 5 days to submit the payment. Otherwise, the active offer will expire, and we will send you a new offer.
As FIAT payment options we accept Euro, USD and GEL. And yes, you also have the option to pay us in BTC or USDC.
Our Hosting fees in €/kWh include the electricity cost and a surcharge for our service efforts.
Yes, for this purpose we have created a powerful customer dashboard that provides you with live data about your miner(s). From us, you will get a login and password.
In your dashboard you can see:
- The live status of your miner(s).
- Your monthly mined coins, power costs, and profits.
- Your estimated monthly profit
- Your total mined coins in the respective cryptocurrency and their value in FIAT.
- Your pay-out
It is difficult to give a general answer to this question, as several variables affect the development of your ROI and your payback time.
To be able to answer this question transparently, we have developed a Bitcoin mining calculator. With this, almost all possible scenarios can be simulated. You can find the calculator here.

We pay out the mined cryptocurrencies less the hosting fees on a monthly basis. The payout is always done by the 5th day of the following month.
By default, the hosting fees are automatically deducted from the mined coins at each monthly payout.
You can also choose the option to pay the hosting fees with FIAT (EUR, USD, GEL). In this case the hosting fees have to be paid 1 month in advance.
We have our technicians on-site to perform routine maintenance and resets at no cost.
If it is a simple repair of the miner, such as replacing a fan or power supply, then we will repair it on site. The working time is already covered by our service fees. You will be charged for the cost of replacement parts.
If it is a more complicated repair of the miner during the warranty period, we will file a claim with the manufacturer and return the miner to the manufacturer.
Yes, on your request we offer consulting services for the purchase of ASIC miners from us.
Apart from the monthly hosting fees in €/kWh and the purchase price per miner, there are no other fees.
We guarantee an average miner uptime of 95% through our contract.
Yes, an official invoice will be sent by us to your email address within 72 hours.
By default, we use the mining pool from Slush Pool. This is our preferred mining pool as we have never had any problems with it and it provides the most data for an API for our dashboard.
It is also possible to use your own mining pool after agreeing with us. In this case our hosting fees have to be paid 1 month in advance in FIAT.
Yes, you can also order miners from us, and we will send them to any place you want.
We provide a small discount on the purchase of miners that you want to place at our data center.
MINING BASICS
Mining cryptocurrencies is a process of verifying and adding transaction records to a public ledger called a blockchain. In order to do this, miners use specialized hardware and software to solve complex mathematical problems. This process is known as proof-of-work.
When a miner successfully solves a problem, they are rewarded with a small amount of cryptocurrency. This process of mining is how new units of cryptocurrencies are created. It also helps to secure the network, as miners need to approve each transaction before it is added to the blockchain.
The blockchain is a distributed database and as the name suggests, describes a chain of blocks.
Each block represents a record of all transactions made on the currency’s network. Depending on the cryptocurrency, all blocks have a constant, fixed time frame or the time frame of the blocks varies dynamically.
This means that the blockchain continues to grow if transactions are made with the corresponding cryptocurrency.
An ASIC-Miner is a highly specialized computer designed only for the purpose of mining cryptocurrencies. ASIC stands for “Application Specific Integrated Circuit”.
It is difficult to give a general answer to this question. The lifetime of an ASIC miner depends, among other things, on the specific model as well as on the operating conditions and maintenance. We will do our best to run and maintain the Miner in optimal operating conditions.
We calculate the average lifetime of an ASIC Miner with at least 4 years. It is worth mentioning that there are old-generation miners such as the Antminer s9s that have been operating for 5-6 years and are still profitable.
Yes, they come with a factory warranty from the manufacturer. Almost all models we offer have a 12-month warranty, and a few have a 6-month warranty. You can see the warranty for each model in our online shop.
We mainly focus on mining Bitcoins, but any other cryptocurrency can be mined with us as well. Besides Bitcoin ASIC miners, we also offer models for various cryptocurrencies such as Ether, Kadena, Litecoin, etc.
Yes, payouts in cryptocurrencies other than BTC are not a problem.
Yes, you need a cryptocurrency wallet of the specific cryptocurrency you want to mine with us. Before you start mining with us, we ask you to enter your wallet address in your customer dashboard.
