This policy covers the public website mim.farm and requests submitted through it. When you continue to the customer dashboard or an external service, the information provided there also applies.
2. Applicable law and processing purposes
We process personal data under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, as amended. Processing serves to provide and secure this website, respond to requests, prepare and perform contracts and meet legal obligations. Optional usage analytics requires your consent.
The legal grounds are provided in particular by Article 5(1) of the Georgian law: consent (point a), a contract or steps requested by you before a contract (point b), legal obligations (points c and d), and overriding legitimate interests subject to your rights (point i). Our interest in processing technical access data is to operate a secure, reliable website and prevent misuse.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) additionally applies under Article 3, including processing related to offering services to people in the EU or monitoring their behaviour in the EU, its requirements and rights remain unaffected. Depending on the purpose, Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR then additionally provides a processing ground. Article 6(1)(c) applies where processing is required by a legal obligation under Union or Member State law. Choosing Georgian law does not displace mandatory applicable data protection rules.
3. Website operation and hosting
The website is hosted using Render Services, Inc., USA, with the web service configured in the Frankfurt, Germany region. Page requests involve necessary connection and access data, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response status, browser and device details and, where provided, the referring page. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and security. Render and its infrastructure providers may also process data outside Germany, including in the USA.

4. Contact, download and configuration requests
When you submit a form or contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and content you provide. These may include your name, email address, telephone number, message, requested hardware and hosting configuration, calculation details and the page from which you submitted the request. Required fields are identified in the form. Without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to process your request or requested download. Other information is voluntary.
Website form submissions are sent server-side to ClickUp, a service of Mango Technologies, Inc., USA, for structured handling as requests. Recipients include the people handling your request and the technical providers used for that purpose. ClickUp processes data according to its service configuration and may use infrastructure in the USA and other countries. We process this information to handle your request or prepare or perform a contract; general correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding. A request or download does not constitute consent to additional direct marketing. Any separate marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Local browser storage and shopping cart
Your privacy choice is saved in browser local storage under mim_cookie_consent_v2, containing your optional analytics choice and the consent settings version. The shopping cart uses mim_cart_v1 to retain selected miners, quantities, tariffs and product information needed for display. These entries remain until changed or deleted in the browser and can be removed in your browser settings. They support the requested website functions and are not used for advertising.
If you continue with the cart in the customer dashboard, selected product identifiers, quantities and hosting tariffs are passed to app.mim.farm. The website does not transmit payment details in this handover. Further account, contract and payment information may be needed when using the dashboard.
6. Optional Google Analytics
We load Google Analytics 4 only after your active consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC and associated providers in the USA and other countries is possible. Data includes pages visited, interactions, usage timestamps, browser and device details, technical connection information and online identifiers. The purpose is to understand website usage statistically and improve our website.
Optional analytics is initially switched off. The Google Analytics script is not loaded without consent. Once you agree, cookies including _ga and _ga_<identifier> may be set. Their default lifetime is up to two years; browser settings may shorten it. Cookie lifetime is separate from the storage of event data by the provider. Event data is stored according to the Analytics service's retention settings and then deleted or aggregated.
You can reject analytics or change and withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you reject after previously accepting, analytics is disabled and the page reloads; existing first-party analytics cookies are deleted where technically accessible. 7. Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the stated purposes, and public authorities or other authorised recipients where legally required. MIM handles requests in Georgia, where the company is based. Hosting, request management and optional analytics may involve processing in Germany, Ireland, the USA and other provider countries.
Transfers from Georgia are governed by Articles 37 and 38 of the Georgian data protection law. They require a lawful processing ground and the applicable statutory protections, such as a recognised adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards with any required regulatory permission. Where the GDPR applies, its international transfer requirements also apply, including an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46. Merely using this website is not consent to an international transfer. Contact info@mim.farm to request information about the recipients and transfer grounds relevant to your data.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal data for the relevant purpose. Completed requests are deleted unless needed for an ongoing business relationship, statutory retention duties or legal claims. Contract and accounting documents are subject to the relevant legal retention periods. Consent-based processing ends following withdrawal, while retention required or permitted on another legal ground may continue. These criteria also apply to providers processing data on our behalf.
The website uses HTTPS to encrypt transmission. Access to personal data is limited to the people and purposes requiring it. Complete protection against every internet risk cannot be guaranteed. We do not make solely automated decisions through the public website that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
9. Your rights and complaints
Subject to the Georgian data protection law, you may request information and access, copies, rectification, updating, termination of processing, erasure or destruction, blocking and, where applicable, data portability. You may withdraw consent and request review of a significant automated decision. Statutory conditions and exceptions, including retention duties and other people's rights, apply.
Send requests to info@mim.farm. We may request information necessary to verify your identity securely. Information, access and copies are generally provided within ten working days; in justified cases permitted by law, this may be extended by up to ten further working days with notice to you. Other rights have their respective statutory deadlines, including generally ten working days for rectification and erasure and three working days for a decision on blocking.
You may complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, the Georgian data protection supervisory authority: https://sao.ge/, email sao@sao.ge. Judicial remedies remain available. Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have the rights under Articles 15 to 22 and 77, including objection to certain processing and a complaint to the competent EU data protection supervisory authority.
